Sales and Return Policy
I hope that you will love your Misneach bag! However, if there is an issue, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me so that I can work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
All items that are on sale or purchased using a discount code are final sale, meaning that they cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Due to the personal nature of custom orders, they are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
For regular priced items, they are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase or, if ordered online, 7 days of receiving it. Please note that these times are not extended if the bag is a gift.
Please note the following with respect to returns:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a return;
- We do not exchange items, you may purchase a new item after a refund if you wish;
- Returned items will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense;
- We recommend that you use tracked shipping to return the bag as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that the above policy also applies to purchases made for a holiday gift. There is no separate return policy for items purchased as gifts. If you are unsure which bag to purchase for your recipient, you may prefer to give a gift card, which can be redeemed at any time for the bag of their choice.
If you would like to return your item, please contact email@example.com and a return shipping address will be provided (if you are local, you may return it to my home). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item via the method payment was made once it has been determined that the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that it may take 5-10 days for the refund to be processed by the payment issuer.
Policy Regarding Custom Orders
All custom orders must be paid in full before work begins. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they cannot be exchanged, returned for a refund or for store credit. If there is an issue with a custom order, please get in touch with me to discuss other options that may be available.
